Prevention of Hip Injuries - Exercises
This is series is for preventing hip injuries and consists of three exercises:
- Standing Gluteal Musculature Recruitment 
- Kneeling Hip Capsule and Flexor Musculature Stretch 
- The “Clock”- Hip Rotators Recruitment
